Below you will find everything that you will need to make your trip to Dix Stadium a fun and memorable one.

Address and Directions:
On your GPS, search "Dix Stadium, Kent, OH." Please pay attention to traffic control devices, signage, and officers as you head to the Stadium.
Parking and Shuttle Information:
- View Game Day Parking Map and Bus Routes
- ROAD CLOSURES FOR FOOTBALL GAMES: (See Map Below)
- Powder Mill Road is CLOSED to Summit Street One Hour Before Kick
- Right turn ONLY from Cline Road to Summit Street on game days
- Summit Street MAY BE CLOSED at Cline Road 1 - 2 Hours Before Kick
- Please plan to arrive AT LEAST one hour before kick to ensure parking
- Parking in the Dix Stadium east and west lots are accessible via permit or by paying $10 for cars, $20 for RVs and over sized vehicles on game day (cash only)
- Parking spaces are available on the day of the game on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Free parking is available in the lots on Summit Street west of Route 261. Shuttle service is available from those lots. Please see the bus route link above
- Stadium parking lots open three hours prior to game time.
- Residence hall students are encouraged to use the free shuttle service. There will be a convenient pick-up point in front of the Student Center
- Drive lanes in parking lots must be maintained at all times.
- Parking permit holders are responsible for the functions they host in their parking spaces.
- Be prepared for road closures and alternative driving routes on game day
- Tailgating activities should not take up vacant parking spaces or interfere with traffic flow within Stadium parking lots.

Tailgating
- Stadium parking lots open three hours prior to game time.
- All tailgating activities in the Dix Stadium parking areas are subject to the laws and regulations of the State of Ohio and Kent State University policy.
- Tailgate hosts are responsible for their functions and guests.
- Charcoal grills are encouraged for tailgating and use coals can be disposed of in the indicated red trash cans in the tailgating areas.
- Propane tanks, glass, and kegs are not permitted in stadium lots.
- Tailgating activities should not take up vacant parking spaces or interfere with traffic flow within Stadium parking lots.
Tickets:
The Ticket Office is located on the west side of Dix Stadium and is on the right (south) side of the Adam S. Hamilton West Entrance to Dix Stadium. Fans can purchase general admission or chair back seating on the day of the game. Fans can purchase tickets on the day of the game.
As a reminder, fans are strongly encouraged to skip the line and purchase their digital ticket in advance of game day. Ticket prices increase at midnight on the day of the game.
Student are encouraged to claim their FREE student ticket through our digital ticketing site.Â
The Kent State student entrance is located at the northwest corner of the stadium.

Seating:
Chair back seating (section four) at Dix Stadium is an assigned seating section. **
All other sections are general admission seating unless posted, and is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
ADA seats are available in the sections behind the visitor's bench, the northwest corner of the stadium near the Jim and Carolyn Phelan Lounge, and the top of the west sections. Access to the west ADA seats is via the elevator behind the team shop. ADA restrooms are located on the main concourse of the stadium in all four corners of the seating areas.
**Please note the first two rows of section four are NOT chair back seating and may have a partially obstructed view due to the home sidelines and team bench area
Hospitality Areas and Special Events:
Access to the Phelan Lounge, The President's Blue & Gold Suite, and any other designated areas for special events requires the proper credential pass or invitation. Please go to TGFC Game Hospitality for more information.
Will Call:
Will Call is located on the west side of Dix Stadium and is on the left (north) side of the Adam S. Hamilton West Entrance to Dix Stadium. A photo ID is required to pick up any tickets left at Will Call.
Will Call has five (5) lines to pick up tickets.
- Lines 1 and 2: Tickets left by a player or a coach
- Line 3: Recruits / Cheer and Dance
- Line 4: President's Blue and Gold Suite and Patio / Media
- Line 5: General Public
Please Note: Opponents' Will Call is located between Will Call (to the right of line 5) and the west entrance of the stadium.
ADA
ADA seats are available in the sections behind the visitor's bench, the northwest corner of the stadium near the Jim and Carolyn Phelan Lounge, and the top of the west sections. Access to the west ADA seats is via the elevator behind the team shop. ADA compliant restrooms are available at all 4 corners of Dix Stadium. (see map)
Fan Conduct:
Fans are encouraged to review the list of items that are banned inside Dix Stadium. Fans are also obligated to follow the code of conduct below, any violation is subject to removal from Dix Stadium.
Items Prohibited Inside Dix Stadium:
- Aerosol Cans
- Alcohol (not purchased within Dix Stadium)
- Animals (Disability service animals are permitted)
- Baby Strollers
- Balls
- Banners or Signs
- Beverages (not purchased within the Dix Stadium)
- Book Bags / Backpacks / Bags larger than 14"x14" (Cinch bags and backpack-style purses, diaper bags and camera bags are permissible; All bags are subject to inspection)
- Bottles, Containers or Thermoses
- Commercial video/audio equipment and tripods
- Drugs
- Fireworks
- Flags
- Food / Beverages (Baby food, formula and/or snacks are permitted if accompanied by an infant; Reasonable quantities of allergy or health-related needs are permitted)
- Hoverboards/Skateboards
- Frisbees
- Ice Chests / Coolers
- Laser Pointers
- Noisemakers including musical instruments and amplified noisemakers such as bullhorns, air horns, etc. (Non-amplified noisemakers such as cow bells, thunder sticks, vuvuzela horns, etc. are permitted)
- Picnic Baskets
- TV/Radio without Headphones
- Weapons (Including Pepper Spray and knives/blades of any length)
- Any Item(s) Deemed Hazardous by Game Management / Security / Police
Fans are Subject to Ejection from Dix Stadium if you:
- Throw objects on the field
- Demonstrate unruly behavior
- Attempt to enter the field of play
- Endanger fans around you
- Taunt student-athletes, coaches or officials
- Smuggle alcohol into Dix Stadium
- Engage in Data Collection: The Mid-American Conference has an exclusive data rights deal with Genius Sports. Any fan/patron that is independently collecting stats or data is in violation of this agreement and subject to ejection from Dix Stadium.
Concessions:
Concessions are available on the west side of Dix Stadium with stands located towards both the north and the south end zone. Fans can also visit the concession stand behind the east stands and the hall of fame plaza behind the south end zone. Concessions are cashless at Dix Stadium.Â
Alcohol is available to purchase and consume in the stadium for fans 21 years of age or older with a valid photo ID. Alcohol will not be allowed into or out of the stadium. Alcohol sales will start when gates open, 90 minutes before kick-off and will stop after halftime.
Restrooms:
Restrooms and ADA compliant restrooms are available at all 4 corners of Dix Stadium. (see map)
Lost and Found:
If you have misplaced an item on game day, please go to the Ticket Office on the west side of the stadium or call the main line at 330-672-4455 and leave a message. Unclaimed items on the day of the game will be moved to the main ticket office in the MAC Center. Any items not picked up within 48 hours of the event are turned in to campus police. Their number is 330-672-3070.
